There is so much information, so many opinions, and so many different paths to choose from that it's often hard to know where to start.
After my own 13-year healing journey and countless conversations with patients and practitioners, I've come to believe that true healing often requires looking beyond a single symptom, diagnosis, supplement, or modality.
The six layers below represent the lens through which I personally view healing. They are not listed in any order of importance, nor are they intended to represent every aspect of healing. Rather, they reflect the six key areas I believe require attention and consideration throughout the healing journey. In addition, you'll find an Additional Support section with complementary resources, as well as my trusted recommendations for practitioners, clinics, and therapists.
Every person is different. Every journey is different. My hope is that these resources encourage you to get curious, ask questions, think outside the box, and become confident in being your own advocate.
