Mold & Mycotoxins: Mold exposure and mycotoxins can place additional stress on the body and interfere with healing. In my experience, mold has oftentimes been the missing piece. Healing often begins by identifying and removing the source of exposure. For some people, the source may be an environmental exposure in their home or workplace. Many people also focus on supporting detoxification, using binders, glutathione, and incorporating antifungal therapies.

Oral Health: The connection between oral health and overall health is often overlooked. If you have mercury fillings, root canals, extracted teeth, or other ongoing dental concerns, you may want to consider an evaluation with a biological dentist. If your regular dentist offers a cone beam CT (CBCT) scan, it may help identify issues that aren't visible on traditional X-rays.
